Sharp Eye Inspections found some seals that were not quite sealed. They used a drone to examine my roof and identified some bad shingles. They checked for radon which I really thought was important as it doesn't smell and can't be seen but can be very harmful. This is a new home and I now feel assured that it is ready for occupancy.

Excellent home inspection service from Sharpeye. They were very thorough and methodical. They found foundation issues that were covered up by water barrier and couple of other issues that needed immediate attention. That helped us make the decision to walk away from the house. Will be using them again for the next inspection, soon.
