I really liked this company, they were not the cheapest, but compare to the previous 4 home inspection companies I hired this seemed to be the best. They spent hours doing the inspection and explained anything I needed. I feel safer now to move forward with the home purchase.

Justin did a great job and answered all my questions during the inspection and then he went over to each item with me afterwards and then he sent me the inspection report. They were fair and reasonable.

No complaints whatsoever. Zeb was great inspector and fast. Explained everything and very thorough. Shared the inspection report with some colleagues that have had home inspections and they said Sharp Eye's report was way more in depth.

I got them to do an inspection on my home and they went through it with a fine tooth comb they found every little thing for me! They got it back to me in a very timely manner and are super good with communicating!! I will 100% be using them again! Best home inspector ever

They were able to schedule us in the next day at 9am and have us the full report by EOD that day. They were able to also notate some helpful additional inspections that my buyer conduct immediately during their initial walk-through. Very reliable, thorough, professional and detailed!
