What an amazing experience with Sharp Eye Inspections. The name alone says it all. Our technician, Zeb was easy to work with and explained everything fully. The report was comprehensive and concise. It left no detail out or vague. Pictures and descriptions were thoughtfully explained in detail. The add on suggestions were exactly what I didn't know I needed. The report helped guide me make the best decision for my home purchase. I will be using Sharp Eye Inspections for all my home inspection needs. They have a customer for life.

Did a great job finding a few things that needed to be addressed on our new build! 4 stars because price does not include all services and you need to add more money for certain inspections.

I was very impressed 2 yrs ago when he spent extra time with me so that I could have him verbally go over his findings over the phone with family members after he walked me through the inspection. Justin took the same amount of time with me this go around. Justin is timely to respond to calls and texts.
