Zeb and Jayme did a very thorough job at a house we were looking at buying. They were professional and very nice, taking the time to walk me through the property and explain problems and possible fixes. We got the report that same night and it was very helpful with detailed explanations of features of this particular house, links to DIY resolutions, and lots of pictures. Very well organized and easy to understand. And they did a sewer inspection for free as a gift! They also gave me a folder with coupons and contact info for home maintenance contractors and services! Thank you guys so much for your help! I will be reaching out again for our next inspection

I am selling a fantastic house, well built: this company absolutely made up issues that were not issues on the sell of my house. I hired a professional electrician to fix any issues, but they said it wasn't done to their standards, but it has passed codes inspections and has no issues.... I hired air conditioning company who fixed all issues but did not replace all the duct work.... but in great working order....failed their test; paid air conditioning people to level unit, but after paying a hefty bill to do this they said it was unlevel even though I have pictures from the air-conditioning people showing it level... Pictures showing leaks under every sink and faucet even though no leaks show when the handyman went to fix. They are horrible!!!! They showed issues with two doors even though they were both new installations! It is sad when they make up issues!!! They literally show a picture of not sealed but it is sealed! They scared the buyer from buying a great house that is well built and no-one else can figure out the issues these people are saying are issues. Be Aware!!! Not everyone is selling a bad house!!!! I understand they are hired to find problems, but to make up problems is another issue entirely!!!! Bad!!!! Bad!!!! I've spent a lot of money to fix all the issues it their report and these professionals are as puzzled as I am!!! Their reputations are on the line too! They are as furious as am I!!! Do not trust these people!!!! They show issues that have been fixed as a problem!!!! I just found out that anyone can be an inspector in Ga with no qualifications. I have paperwork to back up what I am saying!!! Find someone else! Not Qualified!!!! I paid to have an inspection done myself and it was a very different outcome!!!

The report was comprehensive, with clear photos and descriptions that gave me confidence in my decision.

This is the second time that Joe has performed a home inspection for us. As always, his service is excellent, very professional, reliable and honest.

First and foremost brand new build and cost was not bad at all and WAY WORTH IT!!! Like most I was thinking it’s a new build what could go wrong and well I’m glad I went with them! This company is thorough and saved us money in the long run because they found things I never would’ve thought to look at! I also opted to do the sewer inspection as well and they found a couple of things there. 10 stars
