Sharp Eye has been doing inspections for my clients for over 10 years and they always do a great job. My clients love their attention to detail and the quality of their information is informative, not scary or page filler.

You know you can reply on a company when you are able to call and text them day or night and they are willing to help you out! As a Realtor they are always my number one suggestion for home inspections and my buyers love using them as well. I've never had a bad experience and they make my life so much easier haha! They know their stuff and always let me ask a million questions until me and my buyers are comfortable.

Jayme was very nice. I am out of town but he called me. He was very thorough when explaining my report. Then he waited while my boyfriend came to the house and explained to him too. The whole process from scheduling to the report was very easy.

We are in the process of buying our first home, and while that process alone can be very stressful, Jayme brought us peace of mind by educating us on every step of the inspection process, and explained everything in detail to us. Initially we were worried that we would get an inspector who missed things that were very important to us, but Jayme didn’t miss a beat. He was very thorough, very informative, and answered any questions we had, plus some. Should we, or anyone we know, ever need inspection services again, he and this business will be our go-to!

Great group of inspectors to work with. They were thorough and professional. The online report is easy to navigate and understand. I used them for a new build inspection and will be using them for the 11 month inspection before my home warranty is up. Zeb was my inspector and he was great, didn't miss anything.

We were all set to purchase until Jayme did his inspection. EXTREMELY Thorough! I was immensely impressed. Needless to say, we pulled our bid after his inspection. Will call him again when we decide on another house hopefully this week.

Working with Sharp Eye Inspectors was a smoother process than I could have imagined. From first phone call to post inspection follow ups the company really made an effort to ensure their service was exceptional. I found Sharp Eye by asking for a referral and I’m so glad that I did! I’m a first time home buyer and thought I found the property/home of my dreams, but after hiring Sharp Eye they uncovered upwards of $50k that I would be on the hook for to rectify the problems found. From a severely damaged roof that need to completely replaced (causing water in the attic), to water intrusion in the crawl space from a damaged foundation that caused the hardwood floors in the living room in the home to get water logged. Of course the sellers wanted full asking price for this home because they were losing money having purchased it 2 & 1/2 years ago during low interest, over valued housing market times. They would not budge on the price. Although I’m sad I had to walk away from this property, I’m happy that I won’t be stuck with a money pit because of Sharp Eye. Zeb was the inspector and did a very thorough and great job.

We are SO happy with our home inspection! They found so many hidden things in the home we are under contract for and we are so grateful that we used them. They found termites in a wall that we would have never seen, and then took it upon themselves to schedule a termite inspector for us extremely quickly. We are so so satisfied with Sharp Eye!

This company has filed a lawsuit for 15k because of my review to help fellow Georgians! BEWARE!!!!!!! I am selling a fantastic house, well built: this company absolutely made up issues that were not issues on the sell of my house. I hired a professional electrician to fix any issues, but they said it wasn't done to their standards, but it has passed codes inspections and has no issues.... I hired air conditioning company who fixed all issues but did not replace all the duct work.... but in great working order....failed their test; paid air conditioning people to level unit, but after paying a hefty bill to do this they said it was unlevel even though I have pictures from the air-conditioning people showing it level... Pictures showing leaks under every sink and faucet even though no leaks show when the handyman went to fix. They are horrible!!!! They showed issues with two doors even though they were both new installations! It is sad when they make up issues!!! They literally show a picture of not sealed but it is sealed! They scared the buyer from buying a great house that is well built and no-one else can figure out the issues these people are saying are issues. Be Aware!!! Not everyone is selling a bad house!!!! I understand they are hired to find problems, but to make up problems is another issue entirely!!!! Bad!!!! Bad!!!! I've spent a lot of money to fix all the issues it their report and these professionals are as puzzled as I am!!! Their reputations are on the line too! They are as furious as am I!!! Do not trust these people!!!! They show issues that have been fixed as a problem!!!! I just found out that anyone can be an inspector in Ga with no qualifications. I have paperwork to back up what I am saying!!! Find someone else! Not Qualified!!!! I paid to have an inspection done myself and it was a very different outcome!!!
