Sharp Eye did a fantastic job inspecting the house my wife and I are looking at buying. As a first-time homebuyer, I did not know what to look for or what was critical and what could be taken care of later. Very friendly inspector and staff. Office had great communication. Inspector, Zeb, walked me through and explained everything he looked at very well. The few issues that were brought up, he was able to given a couple suggestions for simple fixes as well. Will definitely be calling them back for my 11 months inspection as well!

We met with Zeb at our new build. He was very thorough and explained exactly how much each item would impact us and the house. Report was out very quickly and easy to understand

We booked Sharp Eye Inspections to inspect a home we were potentially going to buy at the recommendation of our realtor. We met Zeb at the home after he was finished with his inspection, and he completely walked us through and showed us every single major problem, plus a fine detailed report that followed a couple hours later. Due to Zeb being so thorough he found several MAJOR problems with the home, that potentially could have caused us severe illness and bankruptcy if we moved forward, as well as it not being up to standard to even pass loan qualifications. Sharp Eye inspection is who I will personally recommend to anyone needing an inspection service, and who we will use throughout the rest of this process of buying a home.

My clients are very impressed with the quality of service they provide. Having them inspect or reinspect my clients properties will save them the headaches of buying a lemon. Great job Sharp Eye!!
