We love the whole team! Christina the receptionist is very personable and responds quickly. Zeb did an amazing job with the inspection and we appreciate his honesty. The owner of this company doesn’t take any shortcuts and is very forthcoming. He worked with us to save us money when a small hiccup occurred. 10/10 would recommend!

Jayme was very thorough and did a great job reviewing everything with me in a very impartial manner! I really enjoyed walking through the house and seeing the items he marked and whether it was something to be concerned about or just something to keep an eye on in the future! Justin from Sharp Eye Inspections did an amazingly thorough job inspecting our new home before closing. He made us aware of several issues and provided pictures and plenty of documentation to back it up. Justin personally made us aware of the ones he found the most pressing and helped arrange a termite inspection ASAP because we had such a tight inspection window. With his help, we were able to get more credit from the sellers to go towards repair work. We're still using the documentation he gave us as a to do list and multiple contractors have complimented the thoroughness of his report. Justin was also extremely kind and offered to recommend any contacts we needed for repair work. I hope we won't be buying a house again any time soon, but I know I can rely on Justin and Sharp Eye Inspections if we do.

I could not be happier with service I received from Sharp Eye Inspections. They were able to get me scheduled for the very next day, and the inspection was thorough, detailed, and used the latest technology to check every bit of my future home. My inspector did a full walk through of the home with me and explained everything that was inspected, areas that may need attention in the future, and items that will require prompt attention. Additionally, he explained everything in a manner that was easy to comprehend without a lot of technical jargon that probably would've gone right over my head.
