I got them to do an inspection on my home and they went through it with a fine tooth comb they found every little thing for me! They got it back to me in a very timely manner and are super good with communicating!! I will 100% be using them again! Best home inspector ever

Would recommend 100%The inspection was very thorough and they communicated through the whole process. Zeb did a great job and walked me through everything he saw and caught several things I had not seen myself and another inspector missed.

They were able to schedule us in the next day at 9am and have us the full report by EOD that day. I've bought many properties but this was the first time the inspector met me at the property and reviewed the inspection in person. What a great service!

Very polite and respectful he had knowledge of what he was talking about

initially was happy, our inspector was personable and went into detail about all the issues he was able to identify.However, after now being in the house for one year, we have come to realize the inspection was inadequate.-inspector notated SOME attic insulation missing, we have found that we are actually missing around 30%, maybe even 40% or more of the insulation in our attic. I know for certain he did not inspect deeply into the attic because I was there during this portion of the inspection.-inspector failed to notice & document a broken roof truss. Though possible that this happened after the inspection, it is beyond unlikely. This absolutely is a major oversight.-inspector failed to locate & document SIGNS OF A FIRE IN OUR CRAWL SPACE WHERE THE JOIST HAD BEEN DAMAGED. Based on our estimation after finding this ourselves, there was an un-supported flexible gas line that at some point leaked and then caused a small fire. The insulation and joist are clearly burnt/ melted. Inspector said something about it being "unsafe" to evaluate the crawlspace.Some might believe these to be minor issues, but we paid $430 to have our WHOLE house inspected. If the crawlspace and attic 'aren't safe enough for you to inspect' then I would expect to get some of money back because my whole house was NOT inspected.
