I found Sharp Eye by asking for a referral and I’m so glad that I did! I’m a first time home buyer and thought I found the property/home of my dreams, but after hiring Sharp Eye they uncovered upwards of $50k that I would be on the hook for to rectify the problems found. From a severely damaged roof that need to completely replaced (causing water in the attic), to water intrusion in the crawl space from a damaged foundation that caused the hardwood floors in the living room in the home to get water logged. Of course the sellers wanted full asking price for this home because they were losing money having purchased it 2 & 1/2 years ago during low interest, over valued housing market times. They would not budge on the price. Although I’m sad I had to walk away from this property, I’m happy that I won’t be stuck with a money pit because of Sharp Eye. Zeb was the inspector and did a very thorough and great job.
